Housing those who need it most

About Assisted Living

The Assisted Living Project was founded with a clear purpose: to provide safe, stable housing for vulnerable individuals while supporting their journey toward independence and wellbeing. Working in close partnership with registered providers, the YMCA, and other leading care organisations, the project is built around delivering long-term housing solutions that work for everyone involved, with a strong focus on creating meaningful, person-centred support.

Established by Duncan Bannatyne, Thomas Williams and Stephen Laszlo, the project brings together extensive property expertise and a nationwide network across real estate and development. By identifying and securing homes in high-demand locations that meet specific criteria, the team ensures each property serves a clear purpose creating positive social impact, empowering individuals, and helping communities thrive through responsible, compassionate housing solutions.
